NBCC shares in focus after securing construction order worth Rs 264 crore from NIT Kurukshetra
Shares of Civil Construction PSU, NBCC (India), are expected to gain focus as the company has bagged a construction order worth Rs 264.16 crore from NIT Kurukshetra.
The order is for the construction of buildings, including the academic block, hostel block, residential block, director's residence, vertical extension of hotels and academic buildings, and other external development work of NIT Kurukshetra in Haryana. The same will be undertaken under the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) mode.
Last week, the company bagged two new orders, collectively worth Rs 851.69 crore. NBCC shares were trading 0.72% lower at Rs 80.5 apiece at 12.40 pm on Monday, February 24. The stock has fallen 13.6% in the past year.
