NTPC CMD Interview Today: 18 Shortlisted Candidates Face Selection Committee for Top Job
New Delhi, July 4, 2026: In a significant development for India’s power sector, the Search-cum-Selection Committee (SCSC) is holding interviews today for the post of Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of NTPC Limited. As many as 18 senior candidates are appearing before the high-level panel to succeed Gurdeep Singh, whose extended tenure as CMD ends on July 31, 2026.
