NTPC Green Energy Changes Registrar & Share Transfer Agent

New Delhi, March 6: NTPC Green Energy Limited has announced a change in its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA), completing the transition process as per regulatory requirements.

According to a regulatory filing made to stock exchanges, the company has officially shifted its RTA services from KFin Technologies Limited to Beetal Financial & Computer Services Pvt. Ltd.. The transition was formalized through a tripartite agreement signed on March 5, 2026.

The company stated that all formalities related to the change have now been completed.

Earlier Intimations

The change follows earlier disclosures made by the company on November 11, 2025, and February 4, 2026, informing investors about the proposed transition.

With the completion of the tripartite agreement between the company and the two service providers, Beetal Financial & Computer Services Pvt. Ltd. will now handle shareholder-related services including share transfers, investor records, and other registry functions.

Regulatory Compliance

The disclosure was made under Regulation 7 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, which mandates listed companies to maintain a registrar and share transfer agent for investor-related services.

NTPC Green Energy Limited is listed on both National Stock Exchange of India and BSE Limited under the symbol NTPCGREEN.

The company confirmed that the update has been communicated to stock exchanges for the information of investors and stakeholders.
