NTPC NRHQ Organises Workshop on Stress Management and Spiritual Leadership in Lucknow
New Delhi: A Workshop on Stress Management and Spiritual Leadership was organised at NTPC Northern Region Headquarters (NRHQ), Lucknow. The event took place in the presence of Shri Diwakar Kaushik, RED (North); Shri S N Panigrahi, ED (HR), NRHQ; HoPs from the region, and other senior officials.
The primary aim of the workshop was to strengthen stress management capabilities and promote values-based spiritual leadership among NTPC's senior management team.
During his keynote address, RED (North) highlighted that resilience, emotional well-being, and values-based leadership are essential for effectively managing workplace stress and achieving excellence. He further encouraged all the participants to incorporate the learnings from the workshop into their professional and personal lives to achieve greater balance, purpose, and well-being.
The interactive programme concluded with enthusiastic participation from the attendees, marking a significant step towards fostering a healthier, more resilient, and spiritually empowered workforce at NTPC.
