NTPC-PMI Launches Eminent Speaker Series
NEW DELHI. NTPC Ltd.’s Power Management Institute (NTPC-PMI) launched its Eminent Speaker Series with a talk on “Mechanics of Leadership” by the renowned yogi, mystic and New York Times bestselling author Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev today.
Shri Gurdeep Singh, CMD, Shri A.K.Jha, Director (Technical)/NTPC, Shri K.Biswal, Director (Finance)/NTPC, Shri Saptarshi Roy, Director (HR)/NTPC, other dignitaries and senior officials of NTPC, and thousands of employees and their families at NTPC’s projects, stations and regional headquarters, who participated through video conferencing.
In his talk, Sadhguru emphasized upon the importance of inner happiness by managing one’s mind and time.
He stated that for people to look up to somebody as their leader, that person must set right his own inner being and radiate life. For corporate executives, his message was to tweak their competence instead of activities. The audience heard Sadhguru with rapt admiration.
