Eligibility Criteria
The tender is open only to Class-I Local Suppliers under the Government's Make in India policy.
To qualify, bidders must have previous experience in either:

Installation and commissioning of 220 kV or higher voltage substations, or

Operation and maintenance of 220 kV or higher voltage substations for at least one year during the last seven years.
The bidder should also have an average annual turnover of at least ₹3.56 crore during the previous three financial years and meet the prescribed net worth requirements.
Project Significance
The Khavda Renewable Energy Park is among India's largest renewable energy developments. Reliable operation of its pooling substations is essential for transmitting electricity generated from large-scale solar and wind projects.
The selected contractor will be responsible for maintaining these substations, ensuring uninterrupted operations, equipment reliability, safety compliance, and quick response to any technical issues throughout the three-year contract period.
