NTPC Renewable Energy awards significant contract to Insolation Green Energy Ltd
New Delhi, 9th July: State-owned NTPC Ltd’s wholly-owned subsidiary NTPC Renewable Energy Ltd has issued a significant contract amounting to Rs 558.29 crores to Insolation Green Energy Private Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Insolation Energy Ltd.
The exchange filing by the company reads that Insolation Green Energy Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Insolation Energy Limited, has been awarded a contract amounting to Rs 558.29 crore by NTPC Renewable Energy Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of NTPC Limited, for the supply of the solar PV modules.
The contract has been awarded by the NTPC Renewable Energy Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of NTPC Limited, it added. The contract has been issued for the supply of solar PV modules.
The cost of the project is Rs 558.29 crores.
Insolation Energy Ltd is an Indian manufacturer of solar panels, batteries, and inverters, headquartered in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
