POWERGRID Conferred With Prestigious ICSI National Award
New Delhi. POWERGRID has been conferred with prestigious “ICSI National Award for Excellence in Corporate Governance” for 2014 by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) in recognition of the highest levels of transparency and governance practices adopted by the company. Ravi P Singh, Director (Personnel), S. Vaithilingam, ED(Finance) and Divya Tandon, Company Secretary received the award on behalf of POWERGRID. Union Minister for Law and Justice, D. V. Sadananda Gowda, presented the award in a ceremony held by ICSI in New Delhi. Meenakshi Lekhi, Member of Parliament was also present in the event.
