PowerGrid signs shareholders agreement with RINL
NEW DELHI. Power Grid Corporation of India has signed Share Holders Agreement(SHA) with Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited to set up a joint venture company to manufacture transmission line towers, tower parts, etc., including research and development ( R & D) facilities. The SHA was signed by Mr Akhil Kumar, GM(JV&PI), PowerGrid) and Mr Wilson David GM(Mills)
RINL, in the presence of CMDs of PowerGRid and RINL , Directors and other senior officials recently.
