REC Limited Appoints Dinesh Garg as Company Secretary
REC Limited informs stock exchanges of a change in senior management with Shri Dinesh Garg appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective December 1, 2025.
Shri Dinesh Garg has been appointed as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of REC Limited, effective December 1, 2025, the company announced to the National Stock Exchange of India and BSE Limited. This appointment follows the
superannuation of Shri J.S. Amitabh, who previously held the position.
Shri Dinesh Garg holds a Commerce and Law degree from Delhi University and is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He also has Master’s degrees in Law and Business Administration (Finance). With over two decades of professional experience across public and private sector organizations, Shri Garg has played a pivotal role in driving corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder management.
The company has clarified that there are no relationships between Shri Garg and any of the directors of REC Limited. The announcement underlines REC Limited’s focus on strengthening its leadership team and corporate governance practices.
REC Limited’s registered office is at Core-4, SCOPE Complex, New Delhi, with its corporate office in Gurugram, Haryana.
