The Dubai office will act as a hub for steel exports, industry partnerships, and trade engagement between India and the UAE. It will also help SAIL explore new markets in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
This initiative supports India’s broader goal of achieving 300 million tonnes of steel production by 2030 and improving the global competitiveness of Indian steelmakers. It also shows the government’s commitment to “Aatmanirbhar Bharat” by promoting local strengths on the international stage.
