SECL extends cash-free Medical treatment under 'Ayushman Bharat scheme'
The Treatment of patients under Ayushman Bharat scheme has started on May 3, 2022, in Central Hospital, Manendragarh, Hasdeo area.

New Delhi: Central Hospital Manendragarh, Hasdev area of South Eastern Coalfields Ltd. will now treat patients covered by the ‘Ayushman Bharat Yojana’ of the Government of India also known as “Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana”, this scheme aims to help the economically weaker sections of society who need healthcare facilities. This will enable the eligible families to get cash-free medical treatment of up to Rs. 5 Lakhs.
The Treatment of patients under Ayushman Bharat scheme has started on May 3, 2022, in Central Hospital, Manendragarh, Hasdeo area. Many families will be benefited under this scheme and will be able to earn the benefit of cashless health insurance. This service will be available 24 hours in Central Hospital Manendragarh.
Ayushman Bharat Yojana / Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana is a health scheme of the Government of India which was implemented in April 2018. Its purpose is to provide health insurance to the economically weaker people (BPL card holders). Cashless health insurance up to Rs 5 lakh will be provided to every family covered under this.
