New Delhi: Dr. Dulal Halder, Chief General Manager (Facilities Engineering) at ONGC’s Assam Asset, has been recommended by the Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) for the position of Director (Operations) at ONGC Videsh Limited .
The recommendation occurred during PESB’s 80th meeting on 15th September 2025. During this meeting, 11 senior ONGC officials were interviewed. Dr. Halder’s extensive experience in engineering, operations, and asset management set him apart as the leading candidate.
His leadership in improving operational efficiency and providing engineering solutions will boost OVL’s global presence and growth plans. This appointment aligns with ONGC’s broader goals of improving energy security and promoting sustainable development.
