Chandigarh: Saksham 2020, in Chandigarh, was inaugurated by Smt Anindita Mitra, Dir, Department of Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs, Punjab in Chandigarh. 250 children from various schools participated in the event. PCRA’s publicity Van was also flagged off by her on the occasion.
