Mandatory Prequalification Criteria (PQC)
Given the critical nature of the work—involving high-capacity liquid metal handling cranes—VSP has specified stringent prequalification criteria:

Technical Experience: Bidders must have successfully completed at least one similar work valued at not less than INR 13,77,000/- during the last seven years.

Similar Work Defined: Experience must be in the Erection and Commissioning of Liquid Metal Handling EOT Cranes of 100 T or more capacity, or Rope Drum Replacement Work on such cranes using a power winch.

Financial Turnover: The agency must demonstrate an average annual financial turnover of at least INR 8,26,200/- during the last three financial years (2022-23, 23-24, 24-25).
The entire tendering process will be conducted through the SAP SRM 7.0 Electronic Tendering System using a two-part bid (Technical and Price). VSP also reserves the right to conduct a Reverse E-Auction among techno-commercially qualified bidders.
