BPCL Submits SEBI Regulation 74(5) Compliance Certificate for June 2026 Quarter
Mumbai, July 7, 2026: Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) has submitted a compliance certificate under Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018 to the BSE and the National Stock Exchange (NSE) for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
The certificate, issued by KFin Technologies Limited, the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) of BPCL, confirms that all securities received for dematerialisation during the quarter were processed in accordance with SEBI regulations.
According to the certificate, the securities covered under the dematerialisation requests were listed on the stock exchanges. It also confirmed that the physical share certificates, after verification, were cancelled and the name of the respective depository was entered in the company's records as the registered owner.
BPCL informed the stock exchanges that the filing has been made in compliance with the applicable SEBI regulations and requested the exchanges to take the certificate on record.
The compliance certificate is a routine quarterly filing required from listed companies to confirm that dematerialisation requests have been processed within the prescribed timelines.
