GAIL Files SEBI Regulation 74(5) Compliance Certificate for June 2026 Quarter
New Delhi, July 6, 2026: GAIL (India) Limited has submitted a Regulation 74(5) compliance certificate to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) and the BSE Limited (BSE) for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, confirming compliance with the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
The certificate, issued by the company's Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, MCS Share Transfer Agent Limited, certifies that all securities received for dematerialisation during the quarter were processed within the prescribed regulatory timeline.
According to the certificate dated July 3, 2026, the Registrar confirmed that within 15 days of receiving the physical securities for dematerialisation:
- The securities were duly listed on the stock exchanges.
- The physical share certificates were verified, mutilated, and cancelled.
- The name of the respective depository was substituted in the company's records as the registered owner, completing the dematerialisation process.
The filing has been made in accordance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, which requires listed companies and their registrars to certify the timely processing of dematerialisation requests every quarter.
A copy of the certificate has also been shared with National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) and Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) as part of the regulatory compliance process.
