RailTel Q3 FY26 Results: PAT Jumps to ₹62.4 Cr, Revenue Up 19% YoY

Mumbai, February 2, 2026: RailTel Corporation of India Ltd., a leading 'Navratna' telecom infrastructure provider under the Ministry of Railways, announced its unaudited financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025, after a Board meeting held today.

 

Key Financial Highlights (Q3 FY26 vs Q3 FY25):

  • Revenue from Operations: Increased by 19.0% to ₹913.45 Crore from ₹767.62 Crore.

  • Profit Before Tax (PBT): Stood at ₹85.00 Crore.

  • Profit After Tax (PAT): Reported at ₹62.40 Crore.

  • Earnings Per Share (EPS): ₹1.94 (Basic & Diluted).

Nine-Month Performance (Apr-Dec 2025 vs Apr-Dec 2024):

  • Revenue from Operations: Grew by 20.3% to ₹2,608.62 Crore from ₹2,169.22 Crore.

  • Profit Before Tax (PBT): Rose by 11.6% to ₹279.61 Crore from ₹250.59 Crore.

  • Profit After Tax (PAT): Increased by 9.8% to ₹204.57 Crore from ₹186.36 Crore.

  • Earnings Per Share (EPS): ₹6.37 for 9M FY26.

Operational and Segment-Wise Performance:

The company's growth continues to be driven by both its core segments:

  • Telecom Services: Remains a stable revenue contributor.

  • Project Work Services: Shows significant growth momentum, being a major driver of the top-line increase.

Board Approval and Compliance:

The Board of Directors, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, approved the financial results. The results have been subjected to a limited review by the statutory auditors, Lunawat & Co., Chartered Accountants. The announcement is made in compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
