New Delhi, February 3, 2026: Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Ltd. (IRCTC) has announced a change in its senior management with the appointment of Shri Vikram Yadav as Group General Manager (Procurement and Tendering).
The appointment was disclosed to BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. According to the filing, Shri Yadav reported to join IRCTC on February 2, 2026, with the information being received by the company on February 3, 2026.
Shri Vikram Yadav has been appointed at a level one below the Board and will serve in the role on the usual terms of deputation. He is an officer of the Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers (IRSEE), 1998 batch, and was formerly serving as Chief Electrical Service Engineer (CESE) at Chittaranjan Locomotive Works (CLW).
With over 25 years of experience in Indian Railways, Shri Yadav brings extensive expertise in railway operations and administration to IRCTC. His appointment is expected to strengthen the corporation’s procurement and tendering functions.
IRCTC stated that the intimation has been submitted for information and record in accordance with regulatory requirements.
