CONCOR Recruitment 2026: Apply for Senior Manager & Finance Posts

New Delhi, February 2026: Container Corporation of India Limited (CONCOR), a Navratna Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Railways, has issued Vacancy Notice No. 01/2026 inviting applications on an Immediate Absorption Basis for multiple posts in Finance & Accounts and Compliance.

The last date for submission of offline applications is 12 March 2026.

CONCOR is a leading player in containerized multimodal logistics services in India and plays a major role in developing logistics infrastructure supporting domestic and international trade.

Senior Manager (Finance & Accounts) – E-4 Grade

Pay Scale: ₹70,000–2,00,000 (IDA)
Total Posts: 1
Qualification: CA / CMA (Valid Membership Required)
Experience: Minimum 8 years post-qualification
Maximum Age: 40 years

Manager (Finance & Accounts) – E-3 Grade

Pay Scale: ₹60,000–1,80,000 (IDA)
Total Posts: 2
Qualification: CA / CMA (Valid Membership Required)
Experience: Minimum 5 years post-qualification
Maximum Age: 37 years

Manager (Finance & Accounts) – Compliance – E-3 Grade

Pay Scale: ₹60,000–1,80,000 (IDA)
Total Posts: 1
Qualification: CS from ICSI (Valid Membership Required)
Experience: Minimum 5 years post-qualification
Maximum Age: 37 years

Junior Officer (Finance & Accounts) – S-2 Grade

Pay Scale: ₹44,000–1,53,000 (IDA)
Total Posts: 1
Qualification: CA Intermediate / CMA Intermediate
Experience: Minimum 5 years
Maximum Age: 37 years

Compensation Package

Selected candidates will receive IDA-based Basic Pay and DA along with benefits such as HRA/leased accommodation, performance-related pay, medical facilities, pension, CPF, gratuity, group insurance, and post-retirement medical benefits as per CONCOR policies.

Selection Procedure

Candidates meeting eligibility criteria will be shortlisted for interview. Selection will be based on:

Interview / PowerPoint Presentation
Assessment of APARs of preceding three years
Experience profile and professional achievements

Reservation rules are not applicable for immediate absorption posts as per Government guidelines.
