DFCCIL Invites Applications for Joint General Manager (Material Manager) on Deputation

DFCCIL has issued a vacancy notice for the post of Joint General Manager (Material Manager) at its Corporate Office on a deputation basis. Eligible officers from IRSS, IRSME, IRSSE, IRSEE and PSU executives may apply within 30 days with APARs, NOC, and vigilance clearances.

Minimum Eligibility Criteria (JGM Level)

The following Central/State Government/PSU officers are eligible to apply:

Central/State Govt. Officers: Working in an analogous substantive grade (Level-13) in the relevant discipline. OR
Officers in Junior Administrative Grade (JAG) (Level-12) with 8-12 years of Group A service in the relevant discipline. OR
PSU Employees: Working in an analogous grade in the relevant discipline, or in the IDA grade of ₹80,000 – ₹2,20,000 (E5) with four years' service in that grade.

Job Experience and Requirements

The specific requirement for the Material Manager role includes:

Tendering/Procurement: Experience in tendering/procurement, particularly through IREPS/GeM.

The job description section of the notice contains an apparent clerical error, listing requirements typical of a Personnel Department role (Selection, Promotion, Recruitment, etc.) which is contrary to the post title (Material Manager).
