NALCO Invites Applications for Graduate Engineer Trainee

New Delhi: National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO), a Navratna PSU and one of Asia’s largest integrated alumina-aluminium complexes, has announced recruitment for Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) in Mechanical, Electrical, and Chemical disciplines through GATE-2025.

NALCO is seeking committed, promising, and result-oriented engineers to join its multi-location operations across India and abroad. Selected candidates will undergo one-year training with a starting pay of ₹40,000, followed by absorption as Assistant Manager with a pay scale of ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000, along with allowances, accommodation, and benefits.

Eligibility includes a full-time engineering degree in the respective discipline with minimum marks of 65% for UR/EWS/OBC(NCL) and 55% for SC/ST/PwBD, along with a valid GATE-2025 score in the relevant paper (ME, EE, or CH).
