RVNL Announces Final Shortlist for Six Sr. DGM (Civil) Posts Across India

New Delhi, February 23, 2026: Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL), a Government of India enterprise, has released the final list of candidates shortlisted for six Senior Deputy General Manager (Civil) positions for its Civil Department. These positions are open for deployment anywhere in India on a regular basis.
The final selection follows revisions from the provisional list released on February 6, 2026.
Candidates such as
- Supriya Ranjan Panda
- Lokesh Rastogi
- Damodar Sahu
- Suryakanta Mazumder
- Shivam Kumar
- Shuja Mehdi
were evaluated based on submission of updated Cost to Company (CTC) certificates and relevant experience documents. All eligible candidates have now been confirmed for the next stage of the selection process.
Several candidates were marked ineligible due to insufficient experience, incomplete qualifications, or other discrepancies, as per the advertisement Advt. No. 26/2025 dated September 17, 2025. RVNL has requested that all eligible candidates keep track of further communications regarding written tests or interviews, which will be announced shortly.
