Strategic Advantages of Vidarbha Location

The Nagpur facility will benefit from strong infrastructure connectivity, including access to the Samruddhi Expressway, robust rail networks, and proximity to key domestic and export markets. The supplier park at Sambhajinagar is expected to enhance localisation, improve logistics efficiency and support Mahindra’s existing plants at Chakan and Nashik.

Next-Gen Platforms, EVs and Tractors

The new automotive facility will support Mahindra Auto’s next-generation vehicle platforms, including the NU_IQ architecture, and will be capable of manufacturing vehicles across multiple powertrains, including ICE, electric vehicles (EVs) and future technologies. The tractor unit will further strengthen Mahindra’s leadership position in the farm equipment segment, catering to both domestic and export markets.
