Bangalore. Dr. R.K. Tyagi, Chairman, HAL was bestowed with Indian Foundation Award at a program at Banglore . Dr H. R. Bhardwaj, Governor of Karnataka presented these awards to . HAL's Director, HR, V M Chamola received the award on behalf of Chairman HAL.
