GAIL Wins Multiple Honors at Global Energy Leaders Summit 2026
New Delhi: GAIL (India) Limited received multiple prestigious recognitions at the Global Energy Leaders Summit 2026 organized by the Global Energy & Environment Foundation (GEEF) in New Delhi.
At the summit, Ayush Gupta, Director (HR), GAIL, was conferred with the “Global HR Influential Thinker of the Year 2026” award in recognition of his leadership and contributions to human resource excellence in the energy sector.
The award was received on his behalf by K Dev Kumar, Chief General Manager (HRD), during the ceremony.
In addition to the individual recognition, GAIL received two major organizational awards:
- HR Innovation Excellence of the Year 2026 for its HR initiative “Ojas”
- Employee Engagement & Social Impact Excellence of the Year 2026
