New Delhi: The Industrial Relations, HR Department of NLC India Limited has been adjudged the winner of the “Organisation with Proactive ER Practices Award” at the National ER Conference & Awards 2025, organised by the Southern India Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SICCI) at Chennai.
