Ashutosh Khajuria appointed as Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent) of Dhanlaxmi Bank

Shri. Ashutosh Khajuria has been appointed by the Board of Directors of the Dhanlaxmi Bank as Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent) on the Board w.e.f March 22, 2025.

Shri. Ashutosh Khajuria has over 44 years of experience in various executive roles in the banking sector and financial markets. He was the Executive Director of Federal Bank Ltd. for 7 years, and also held the positions of Chief Financial Officer, Chief Credit Officer and Head - Treasury of the Bank over the years. Post his retirement from the Bank, he also worked as a part-time Credit Advisor of the Bank.

He has also worked in different positions including Treasurer, Head - Fixed Income, Chief Dealer and Branch Banking in IDBI Bank, SBI, Bank of Baroda, Allahabad Bank and Edelweiss AMC. He has experience in different facets of banking including Commercial Banking, Finance, Treasury, Credit, Risk Management, Strategic Management, etc.

Presently, Shri. Ashutosh Khajuria is a Member of the Board of Directors of Kriti Nutrients Limited (a listed company) and a Member of its Audit Committee of the Board. He is also a director of SBI Mutual Fund Trustee Company Private Limited and Clearing Corporation of India Dealing Systems Ltd.

Shri. Ashutosh Khajuria holds a degree of Bachelor in Law and is a post graduate in Economics. He is also a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB). He also holds Diploma in Treasury Investment & Risk Management from the Indian Institute of Banking & Finance, Mumbai.
