Bank of Baroda Launches Baroda Academy in Ludhiana to Boost Employee Training

New Delhi: Bank of Baroda inaugurated its new Baroda Academy in Ludhiana, marking a significant step in strengthening the Bank’s training and development initiatives in the region.

Shri Lalit Tyagi, Executive Director, Bank of Baroda, officially inaugurated the Academy in the presence of senior officials, including Shri Hardeep Singh, General Manager and Zonal Head, Ludhiana Zone; Shri Sunil Sinha, General Manager – Chief Learning Officer & Recruitment; Shri Govind Prasad Verma and Shri Raman Kumar, Deputy General Managers, Ludhiana Zone; along with Shri Jitendra Kumar, Regional Head, Jalandhar, and Shri Santosh Kumar, Regional Head, Amritsar.

The Baroda Academy will serve as a dedicated center for capacity building, skill enhancement, and leadership development. Employees will gain access to training programs in banking operations, digital banking, customer service, and regulatory compliance, empowering them to upgrade their skills and knowledge to meet the evolving needs of the financial sector.
