Bank of India Keeps MCLR Unchanged from May 2026, Revises Fixed Rate Spread
Bank of India has announced its latest update on lending benchmark rates, confirming that the Marginal Cost of Funds-based Lending Rate (MCLR) and Repo Linked Lending Rate (RBLR) will remain unchanged with effect from 1 May 2026.
As per the regulatory filing under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the bank has maintained its MCLR structure across tenors. The overnight MCLR stands at 7.70%, while the one-month, three-month, six-month, one-year, and three-year MCLR rates are set at 8.05%, 8.20%, 8.60%, 8.75%, and 8.90%, respectively.
In addition, the bank has revised its Fixed Rate Spread (FRS) structure effective the same date. The updated lending rates under FRS vary by tenure, reflecting adjustments in pricing strategy while keeping benchmark lending rates stable.
The bank clarified that while MCLR and RBLR remain unchanged, the revision in FRS is aimed at aligning lending structures with prevailing market conditions.
