Bank of India to Exercise Call Option on 9.30% AT1 Bonds; Record Date Set for March 13, 2026

Mumbai:Bank of India (NSE: BANKINDIA | BSE: 532149) has informed stock exchanges that it will exercise the call option on its 9.30% Additional Tier I Bonds – Series VII (ISIN: INE084A08144).

The Bank has fixed Friday, 13 March 2026 as the Record Date for determining the eligible bondholders for the call option payment.

These bonds were originally issued on 30 March 2021 in terms of the Information Memorandum dated 26 March 2021. The instruments carry an annual coupon rate of 9.30% per annum, with a call option exercisable on 30 March 2026.

Upon payment of the principal amount along with broken period interest on 30 March 2026 to bondholders whose names appear on the record date, the Bank’s liability towards the bondholders will stand fully extinguished.

The announcement has been made in compliance with Regulation 60 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The Bank has requested both exchanges to take the information on record.
