Mumbai, March 12: Public sector lender Central Bank of India has entered into a distribution agreement with HDFC Asset Management Company Limited to offer a range of mutual fund products to its customers, strengthening its investment services portfolio.

The development was disclosed to stock exchanges including the National Stock Exchange of India and BSE Limited in compliance with the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Expanding Investment Opportunities

Through the agreement, Central Bank of India will distribute mutual fund schemes offered by HDFC Asset Management Company Limited to its customers. The initiative aims to provide bank clients with broader investment options and help them grow their savings through professionally managed funds.

Officials stated that the collaboration will allow customers of the bank to explore diversified investment avenues across equity, debt, and hybrid mutual fund schemes offered by HDFC AMC.

Under the arrangement, customers visiting Central Bank of India branches will be able to access information and invest in mutual fund products managed by HDFC AMC.
