HDFC Bank Allots 7.96 Lakh Shares Under ESOP and RSU Scheme
Mumbai: HDFC Bank Limited has allotted 7,96,290 equity shares to its employees under the Bank’s Employees Stock Option Scheme (ESOS) and Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) programme.
The allotment was completed on May 19, 2026, according to a regulatory filing submitted to stock exchanges.
Share Capital Increases After Allotment
Following the allotment, the bank’s paid-up share capital has increased:
