IBA Invites Proposals for Leadership Development Programme for PSBs and Financial Institutions

Mumbai: The Indian Banks’ Association (IBA), on behalf of the Financial Services Institutions Bureau (FSIB), has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the appointment of an agency, firm, or institution to design and deliver a Leadership Development Programme (LDP) for Public Sector Banks and Financial Institutions in India.

The programme aims to strengthen leadership capabilities across PSBs and financial institutions, promoting effective management and governance within the sector.

Interested agencies are invited to submit their proposals by February 16, 2026, at 11:00 AM. The detailed RFP document is available on the IBA website for reference.
