Indian Bank has informed stock exchanges that it has fixed January 12, 2026, as the record date for payment of yearly interest on its outstanding Tier II Bonds Series III.

The disclosure was made in compliance with the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The bonds carry an interest rate of 8.15 per cent per annum, payable annually, on an issue size of ₹1,000 crore under ISIN: INE428A08051.

The Bank stated that the interest payment will be made on January 27, 2026. The original due date of January 25, 2026, falls on a Sunday, followed by a public holiday on January 26, 2026. Accordingly, the payment will be credited on the next working day, without any additional interest, as per the terms of the offer document.

Indian Bank further clarified that since the standard 15-day period prior to the interest payment date fell on a non-business day, the succeeding business day has been considered as the record date.
