Indian Overseas Bank shares in focus as Bank to declare financial results soon

Shares of Indian Overseas Bank are in focus as the bank has announced it will declare its quarterly financial results on 16th October 2025.

According to the exchange filing, the meeting of the Board of Directors of our Bank is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 16th October, 2025 at Chennai, to consider the Unaudited (Reviewed) Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Bank for the quarter and half-year ended 30th September, 2025.

 However, the shares of Indian Overseas Bank are trading higher by 2.84% at Rs 40.25 at BSE.
