Karur Vysya Bank announces Issuance of Bonus shares and Record Date

Karur Vysya Bank has announced the Issuance of Bonus equity shares in the proportion of 1 :5 i.e. 1 (one) equity share of face value Rs 2/- each for every 5 (five) fully paid-up equity share of Rs 2/- each held by the Members of the Bank as on the Record Date.

This is subject to the approval of the Members of the Bank at the ensuing AGM and other statutory and regulatory approvals, if any.

The record date for determining the entitlement of the Members of the Bank to receive bonus equity shares is 26th August, 2025.

The Bonus equity shares will be issued out of Securities Premium Account available as of 30.06.2025. The Authorised capital Rs 2,00,00,00,000/- divided into 1,00,00,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 2/- each.

The actual number of bonus shares to be issued will be determined based on the fully paid-up equity shares as on the Record Date.

The Estimated Date of credit of bonus is within two months from the date of approval by the Board of Directors i.e., on or before September 23, 2025.
