Rachna Khare of UCO Bank resigns as Shareholder Director
New Delhi: Ms. Rachna Khare, Shareholder Director of the state owned UCO Bank, has tendered her resignation vide letter dated 25.12.2025 from the Board of the Bank, including membership of all Board Committees.
Ms. Rachna Khare has resigned due to her engagement in a new assignment, as stated in her resignation letter. She has been appointed as Insurance Ombudsman in the office of Insurance Ombudsman, Pune by the Council of Insurance Ombudsman.
Ms. Rachna Khare assumed charge as Shareholder Director of UCO Bank on January 10, 2025.
Prior to her superannuation as Executive Director from LIC of India in November 2024, she led the team responsible for designing and implementing strategies to deliver a state of the art customer experience.
She has set up a Software Development Center for the electronic front-end operations of LIC at Pune and served as a Manager of IT, operations and compliance in Singapore while setting up LIC Singapore Pte Ltd as a wholly owned subsidiary of the Corporation
