Shri Bharat Bhushan Mutreja Retires as General Manager from Central Bank of India

NEW DELHI: Central Bank of India announced the retirement of Shri Bharat Bhushan Mutreja, General Manager of the Recovery Department, upon superannuation on 31st December 2025.

Shri Mutreja has been an integral part of the bank’s management team, contributing significantly to recovery operations and strengthening risk management processes. His tenure has been marked by dedication and professionalism, leaving behind a legacy of operational excellence and leadership.

The retirement notice has been submitted to both BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited in compliance with Regulation 30 and 51 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Central Bank of India operates from its central office at Chander Mukhi, Nariman Point, Mumbai, and continues to maintain strong governance and management oversight while honoring the contributions of senior executives like Shri Mutreja.
