Union Bank of India Confirms Timely Payment of Annual Interest on Bonds

Union Bank of India has confirmed the timely payment of Rs 117.75 crore annual interest on its bonds (ISIN: INE692A08219) with an issue size of Rs 1,500 crore.

The payment was made on 29 November 2025, in line with the record date of 14 November 2025, and there was no delay. The disclosure is made under SEBI Regulation 57, and applicable TDS has been deducted.
