Union Bank of India Pays Annual Interest on Bonds Worth ₹1,500 Crore

The Union Bank of India has confirmed that it is now making its annual interest payments on its bonds in accordance with regulation 57 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The Bank states in their regulatory filing that they have paid the Annual interest for bonds with ISIN No INE692A08177 on 20th December 2025 as per the Instructions issued to them by the investors and on the basis of the Beneficial Ownership position, as at the record date.

The Bonds are issued for an issue size of ₹ 1500 Crores and the interest payment amounts to ₹ 126 Crores and it confirms that it has made the Interest payment on the scheduled due date without failing or defaulting on the payment schedule.

The Record Date for the Interest Payment was December 5, 2025 and payments will be made to Bondholders every year, annually, on December 20th, the next interest payment date will be December 20, 2024.

This announcement will be filed with BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India and forwarded to IDBI Trusteeship Services Limited in accordance with regulatory obligations.
