YES Bank Receives ₹76 Crore Redemption From JC Flower ARC Trust
Mumbai: YES Bank Limited has informed stock exchanges that it has received a redemption of ₹76 crore from a single trust within its Security Receipts (SR) Portfolio, related to the non-performing asset (NPA) loan portfolio earlier sold to J.C. Flower Asset Reconstruction Private Limited (JC Flower ARC).
The disclosure follows the Bank’s earlier intimation dated December 17, 2022, regarding the sale of its stressed loan portfolio to JC Flower ARC. According to YES Bank, the net amount realized from the redemption—after adjusting for the net carrying value of the trust—exceeds the materiality threshold prescribed under the amended SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
As a result, the event has been disclosed under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, which mandates timely disclosure of material developments to ensure transparency for investors and the market.
YES Bank further stated that the relevant disclosure is available on its official website and is being hosted on the websites of BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited, in compliance with regulatory requirements.
The redemption marks a positive development in the Bank’s ongoing efforts to recover value from previously resolved stressed assets, strengthening its balance sheet and enhancing recovery from legacy NPAs.
