ACC appoints Mashhood Ur Rehman Farooqui as Director at National Health Authority
He is an Indian Revenue Service officer of the 2009 batch.
New Delhi, 8 October 2025: Shri Mashhood Ur Rehman Farooqui, IRS (C&IT) (2009), has been selected for appointment as Director in the National Health Authority—Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission under the D/o Health & Family Welfare, Delhi, under the Central Staffing Scheme from the date of taking over charge of the post for a period co-terminus with the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission, which is further extendable up to admissible tenure under the Central Staffing Scheme or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
He would be relieved of his duties immediately with instructions to take up his new assignment in the National Health Authority—Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission under the D/o Health & Family Welfare, Delhi.
Mashhood Ur Rehman Farooqui has served as an Additional Commissioner in the Indian Revenue Service (IRS), serving in the Bengaluru Goods and Services Tax and Central Excise Zone.
