Two Officials gets Director Level post at TRIFED under Ministry of Tribal Affairs
The appointment has been made on a deputation basis.
New Delhi, 8 October 2025: The Competent Authority has approved the proposal for the appointment of Ms. Preeti Maithil, IAS (MP:2009), to the post of Deputy General Manager (at Director level), Tribal Cooperative Marketing Development Federation of India (TRIFED), Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh Region) on deputation basis under the Ministry of Tribal Affairs (a Non-CSS post) for a period of five years from the date of taking over charge of the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
She would be relieved of her duties immediately with the instructions to take up her new assignment.
Furthermore, the government has approved the appointment of Shri P.S. Thuingaleng, IRS (IT:2008), to the post of General Manager (at Director level), Tribal Co-Operative Marketing Development Federation of India (TRIFED) at Guwahati (Assam-North East Region) on deputation basis under the M/o Tribal Affairs (a Non-CSS post) for a period of five years from the date of taking over charge of the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
