According to the exchange filing, it is hereby informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of CONCOR is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 11.11.2025, to inter alia consider the approval of unaudited financial results for the quarter and period ended on 30th September, 2025. In the said meeting, the Board may also consider the declaration of the 2nd Interim Dividend for 2025-26, if any, to the shareholders.

However, the shares of CONCOR are trading down by -0.84% at Rs 528.00 at BSE.
