MCL organises personal hygine camp
Odisha: Mahanadi Coalfields Limited performed a new CSR activity and initiates to organize a program on ‘Awareness on Personal Hygiene’ for women in Basantpur Village, Burla, Sambalpur, Odisha.
In the awareness campaign, 8000 sanitary napkins were distributed to the women and girls and over 2000 women and girls of Basantpur Gram Panchayat were benefitted. They were also given jute bags discouraging the use of single-use plastic bags.
MCL has organized many CSR initiatives and spreads awareness among the people. Mahanadi Coalfields Limited is one of the major coal-producing company of India and one of the eight subsidiaries of Coal India Limited.
