PFC Organises Health Awareness Session for Women Employees on Cancer Prevention
New Delhi, 13 March 2026: In celebration of International Women’s Day, Power Finance Corporation (PFC) organised a dedicated health awareness session for its women employees, focusing on cancer prevention, care, and treatment. The session emphasized key areas including breast, cervical, and lung cancers.
Leading experts from AIIMS—Dr. Abhishek Shankar, Dr. Seema Mishra, and Dr. Sarita Kumari—shared valuable insights on early detection, preventive measures, and treatment options, highlighting the importance of proactive healthcare among women professionals.
The session was graced by Dr. G. Jawahar, ED (HR), and Shri Yogendra Kumar Khanduja, CGM (HR), who appreciated the initiative’s role in promoting employee wellness and preventive health awareness.
