SECL Empowers Women in a new CSR initiative
SECL given away two ‘Dona-Pattal’ making machines to women’s Self Help Groups
New Delhi: In a new CSR initiative, South Eastern Coalfields Ltd. has given away two ‘Dona-Pattal’ making machines to women’s Self Help Groups (SHG) in Bhairotal & Daganiya Khar villages near Surakachhar - Bulgi sub-area of Korba.
These machines will help SHGs make environment-friendly bio-degradable containers from Sal and Banyan leaves. This will also make the women self-reliant & empower them.
