Adani Green Energy Q3 FY26 Results: 37% Growth in Energy Sales, EBITDA at ₹7,921 Cr

Mumbai: 2026 – Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL), India’s largest pure-play renewable energy company, announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025, showcasing strong growth and operational excellence.

Financial Highlights (Consolidated, 9M FY26)

  • Revenue from Power Supply: ₹8,508 crore, up 25% YoY

  • EBITDA from Power Supply: ₹7,921 crore, up 24% YoY

  • Industry-leading EBITDA Margin: 91.5%

  • Energy Sales: 27,636 million units, up 37% YoY

Operational Milestones & Capacity

  • Operational Capacity: Expanded by 48% YoY to 17.2 GW.

  • Greenfield Addition: Added 5.6 GW in Calendar Year 2025, representing nearly 14% of India's total solar and wind capacity addition.

  • Khavda Project: The world's largest renewable energy plant now has 7.7 GW operational capacity (solar, wind, hybrid). The project is on track to achieve 30 GW by 2029.
