DVC Receives ₹40 Crore Interim Dividend from BPSCL for FY 2025–26
New Delhi: Damodar Valley Corporation (DVC) on Tuesday received an interim dividend of ₹40 crore from Bokaro Power Supply Company Limited (BPSCL) for the financial year 2025–26. The cheque was formally handed over at DVC Towers.
The interim dividend cheque was presented by Shri Sudhir Kumar Vyas, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), BPSCL, accompanied by Shri Pankaj Kumar Maji, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), BPSCL, and Shri Niraj Sinha, Head of Department (Human Resources), BPSCL. The cheque was received by Shri Sadananda Mukherjee, Executive Director (Finance), DVC, in the presence of Shri Arup Sarkar, Member (Finance), DVC.
BPSCL is a joint venture between Damodar Valley Corporation (DVC) and Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL), with equal equity participation by both partners. The interim dividend reflects the company’s steady financial performance and highlights the strong and enduring partnership between the two public sector undertakings.
The dividend payment underscores BPSCL’s continued contribution to DVC’s financial strength and reinforces its role in supporting reliable power supply operations in the region.
